Enterprise Robotic & Intelligent Automation (ERIA) team is the central team running the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) program at Wells Fargo. ERIA team is manages the RPA platforms, builds & maintains the automations, enables federation teams for other lines of business with aligned goals of delivering operational savings and efficiency for the enterprise. 
The team uses cutting edge technology tools including UiPath, BluePrism, Document Understanding (DU) as well as AI Fabric to deliver advanced services across the enterprise. 

Having deployed 250+ automations to the enterprise as combined output from central and federated teams, we are looking for talent that can help us deploy the next 200 automations with combined capabilities like Optical Character Recognition, Document Classification / Intent classification, data extraction combined to enable end to end process automation.

The Software Sr Engineer will be part of automation delivery team in a customer {internally} facing role
The Software Sr Engineer role is responsible for 
1. Drive delivery of new automated processes as well as manage the changes required for the automations for our Wells Fargo Technology team.
2. Lead the development and level 3 support of business process automation built in BluePrism 6.3 and UIPath 2020.x along with DU and AIFabric
3. Performance optimization, robotic process automation and maintenance by following operational procedures for maintaining technology as required
4. Ensure consistency and synchronization across various builds, delivered codes and updated information on all the changes in progress.
5. Troubleshoot and solution production issues raise by either end user / automated monitors
6. Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the solution to enterprise customers by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios 
7. Participate in project planning, communicate identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager and provide inputs to the change control process
8. Explore, evaluate and prototype using new technologies

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience
  • Desired Qualifications

  • An industry-standard technology certification
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 2+ years of Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development experience
  • 3+ years of UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development experience
  • UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD)
  • Blue Prism Professional Developer Certification
  • Experience supporting or directing offshore teams
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Ability to lead projects/initiatives with high risk and complexity
  • Agile experience
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
