Applied Vision Scientist

Vision Applied Scientists at Bright Machines are responsible for defining and implementing the machine learning and computer vision models that make Software Defined Manufacturing possible. You will work on a team with other Data Scientists and Software Engineers in the Bright Machines Seattle office to define our computer vision routines and algorithms. As a Vision Applied Scientist, you will create scalable, performant models that drive our adaptive learning, as well as on-robot vision routines and optimizations. Our robots and software will be deployed in a variety of factory conditions and help support the manufacturing operations for some of the biggest names in the industry. Full Stack Software Engineer

Software Engineers at Bright Machines are responsible for defining and implementing the systems that make Software Defined Manufacturing possible. You will work on a team with other Software Engineers in the Bright Machines Seattle office to define and implement our software stack – from robot to cloud. As a Software Engineer, you will create scalable software systems that drive our cloud-based analytics, data pipeline, and machine learning systems; performance monitoring, dashboarding, and command/control systems on the factory floor, as well as on-robot operations. Our robots and software will be deployed in a variety of factory conditions and help support the manufacturing operations for some of the biggest names in the industry. UI/UX Designer (Seattle)

As UI/UX Designer in our Seattle team, you will play a leading and influential role in creating the experiences that engineers, technicians and operators will use to design, program, simulate, deploy and monitor production lines powered by Bright Machines software. You will collaborate cross-functionally with our software engineering, product management and branding teams to understand the workflows and needs of our customers, and to ensure we deliver outstanding user experiences to them. You will be responsible for translating needs and requirements into experience and design proposals in the form of storyboards, wireframes, visual layouts, etc. In this role you will find a unique opportunity to positively impact the work of next-generation manufacturing industry professionals around the world.
