Oqton’s robotics team in Ghent is redefining how robots will be deployed in these factories of tomorrow. Traditionally, the high cost of manual robot programming prevents their use for small batch automation or variable production workflows. Our robot framework enables these new fields of automation. We develop state-of-the-art software modules to enable fully autonomous robots, as well as client-specific applications built on top of these modules.
To achieve our ambitious goals, we are growing our multidisciplinary team with experts in the areas of industrial robotics, computer vision, CAD/CAM, path planning, machine learning, mechatronics and controls, as well as generalist roboticists and software engineers.
If you get excited about making robots do things they haven’t done before and solving hard problems with other ambitious engineers in a fast paced, fast growing startup, we should talk! Please send your resume, a short motivation letter and – if possible – some online code examples to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get in touch!
