Network Engineer

Efficient network streaming and encoding is crucial to enable seamless teleoperation of our autonomous delivery robot, called Serve. As a Network Engineer, you will be directly involved in developing a cutting edge system for remote operation of Serve that is used by our team of teleoperation drivers to supervise and control our fleet.

Development Support Engineer

Applicants should be passionate about using the latest technology to solve interesting problems in creative ways. Fast learners who are comfortable in a range of software/customer environments (both known and unknown) are ideal candidates for this position. The applicant must have experience with Linux (Bash, SSH, basic networking, systemd), Python, and databases (PostgreSQL preferred), as well as experience or an interest in learning about deployment technologies such as Ansible, virtualization and containerization (LXC).

INTEGRATION AND TEST LEAD

Astrobotic Technology wants you to lead the planning and execution of the integration and test program for the Peregrine lunar lander, which was selected by NASA to return America to the Moon.

Your main responsibilities: Manage the integration and test of various flight and non-flight hardware including: payloads, spacecraft components and subsystems, spacecraft propulsion system, and spacecraft. Develop and execute comprehensive procedures that verify all physical and functional subsystem/payload/spacecraft interface requirements. Review and establish viability of I&T program against mission schedule and system specification. Develop test objectives and plans, develop test procedures, execute testing, and document the findings. Support and trouble shoot the hardware/software configuration/baseline issues during integration and installation phases. Document and pursue root cause of discrepancies found with hardware. Review the problem reports and/or enhancements to determine testing impacts for the identified modification and regression testing. Develop and collect test metrics for contribution to the preparation of test documentation and test readiness review presentations. Write test scripts. Ensure safety of equipment and personnel during the integration process. Report to the Mission Director and work primarily with the Systems Engineer but also with the subsystem leads to ensure I&T is conducted to plan and successfully delivers a fully certified spacecraft for flight.

Software Engineer – Integration

Responsibilities

Manage and monitoring integration and build/release process
Perform root cause analysis on failures and issues of continuous integration
Continuously Improve integration (build, release, offline tests) process
Work on integration automation tool and platform.

Installation Engineer

As an Installation Engineer, you are responsible for executing product deployment plan created by Installation Manager and task allocation for and monitoring of Technicians in the team. You need to act as a deputy to the Installation Manager and are responsible for culture and discipline within the team

Robotics/Automation Engineer

The Robotics Engineer will provide an advanced level of automation, integration, training and technical support for our robot series lineup. Serve as the subject matter expert by providing post-sales support to our key customers and internal engineers. Apply technical knowledge of robots to our target industries. Works with limited supervision and uses independent judgement and decisions. Will be responsible for paid and non-paid services including that of; application development, system startups, and post sales training and support for our new and existing customer base.

Deployment Engineer

As a Deployment Engineer with Locus Robotics, you will collaborate with a talented team to do on-site deployments of our LocusEmpower robotics solutions at customer sites. This job requires a unique combination of warehouse and logistics experience, well-developed project management skills, training ability, leadership, relationship management and effective communication. You will travel extensively (>75%), with all expenses paid, in North America and also international locations as we grow. Due to nature of this role, working remotely is an option for qualified candidates.
